The Pursuit of Patience

Not all planted seeds germinate 

in one go!

Some take time and are 

a little slow!

We can't keep planting new seeds 

with each rain!

That will make gardening a fun 

but unsustainable game!

Sometimes we have to nurture 

the fresh start we made 

a long time ago!

Have patience and give it 

time to grow!

For some seeds take one 

too many rains!!!

कभी नभ से टूटते तारे को देखा है?

कभी नभ से टूटते तारे को देखा है?
गगन से छूट मिट्टी में मिलते देखा है?
                          नभ का दुलारा होता है हर तारा ,
                          गगन की उचाइयों में बसता है हर तारा;
                          पर उसकी स्थिति स्थायी नहीं होती,
                          पतन से परे उसकी उँचाई नहीं होती.
जीवन के भिन्न चरणों से गुजरता है हर तारा,
अपनी चमक से नभ को रौशन करता है हर तारा;
पर उसके जीवन का भी अंत आता है,
वह भी टूट कर गगन से छूट जाता है.
                           नभ की ऊँचाई में बसने वाला,
                          मिट्टी की गर्द में विलीन हो जाता है.
                          फिर भी नभ में अंधकार नहीं होता,
                          अपने दुलारे के जाने पर गगन नहीं रोता;
उत्थान और पतन, जुदाई और मिलन,
जीवन का चक्र पूरा करते हैं;
हम एक ही स्थिति में हर पल नहीं रहते है.
पतन के डर से परिवर्तन से भाग नहीं सकते,
जुदाई के डर से मिलन की खुशियाँ त्याग नहीं सकते..

Journey of A Thousand Miles

They Say....
       " Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Step!"
You took the first one,
I was ready to take the rest.
Last few steps are the hardest ones.
While I took Some,
You took none!
When I was at the 999th mile
I realised,
all this journey started in a disguise!
For, you never wanted to take
that one last step
and so here we are
a mile apart!
Taking steps away from each other,
ready to depart!
This time you are contributing!
For every step that I take,
You cover miles of drifting!
So here goes the lessons from life,
never give more than you get
& depend on only yourself to survive!!!!

Life and its Lows!!!

Sometimes when you think you've touched
all times low!
There are still depths to cover.
That's life my friends!
All you can do is Cherish it
and deliver!
Smashing Victory might not come your way
all at once,
but it all becomes easier with
Patience & Perseverance!
Moving On is what you have to do.
For it is only then,
that life throws opportunities your way
to woo you!
So the next time life pushes you down
let the hope hover.
Darkness may persist a little longer
but something good is definitely hiding
under its cover!

भूली बिसरी याद

नारी तू कौन है

नारी तू कौन है?
तू ममता की मूरत है,
तू त्याग की सूरत है,
तू प्रेम का सागर है,
तू बलिदान का समंदर है;
ये तो तेरे प्रचलित स्वरुप हैं,
समाज के निर्मित  तेरे रूप हैं।
इनसे इतर क्यों तेरा अस्तित्व गौण है?
नारी तू कौन है?

तुझे भी चाहिए किसी की ममता,
क्यों हर बार परखी जाए
तेरे ही त्याग की क्षमता?
क्यों बलिदान करने में ही
तेरा सम्मान है?
जब नहीं रखा जाता
तेरी भावनाओं का मान है?
इन सारे सवालो पर
नारी तू क्यों मौन है?
नारी तू कौन है?

क्यों तू नहीं समझती
तेरा भी स्वतंत्र अस्तित्व है;
तेरी भावनाओं की कद्र करना
इस समाज का दायित्व है।
तू अपने ऊपर होने वाले
अत्याचारों को रोक सकती है;
तू भी अपने बारे में
सोच सकती है।
नारी तूने धारण किया जो मौन है,
वही बनाता तेरा अस्तित्व गौण है।
नारी तुझे समझना होगा
आखिर तू कौन है?
नारी तू कौन है?
